How do I reserve my date?

To reserve your date at halo Venue we require a refundable deposit of $300 and a signed contract.

(Deposit would be returned after the event if everything is in the same condition as when it was delivered).

How many guests can halo Venue accommodate?

Our space includes seating for up to 120 people with enough room for food tables, drink station and dancing. However the space can accommodate a maximum of 200 people at a flowing reception.

Can we bring in our own food or hire our own caterer?

Yes, if you like to make your own food it must be already prepared. Our kitchen is a serving kitchen only. It may be used for keeping food warm or cool & storing, but is not for cooking.

Can I bring alcohol?

Yes, we allow alcohol to be served by a license and insured bartender. Drinks can be only drink inside on the establishment.

How much time do I have to set up for my event?

The listed rates on our pricing page show the range of time that the venue will be available for your use.

BUT at the moment the establishment is received, the setup of the tables, chairs, etc. will be ready for you.

Do I have to schedule a tour or can I come in anytime to see the facility?

We ask that you please schedule a tour. We will do our best to find a time that works with your schedule!

When is the final payment due?

Due 15 days before your event.
